Set-up Costs

All new embroidery logos and images are required in a digitised format and are created in a specialist software to enable us to produce the design itself and requirements of that specific design are a vital part of producing good embroidery results. Each set up is a once only charge. This will only incur additional fees if the design is changed in anyway shape or form. High stitch count embroidery pricing applies to larger designs due to the significant extra costs and time incurred to produce them. Once we digitise your logo we keep it on file along with the thread colours we have used, this means you can re-order in the future knowing that the embroidered logo will be the same. All applications are chargeable.

We can embroider onto your own garments and they'll be handled with care. However embroidery on customers items is done so at the customers own risk and we can not be held responsible for any damage caused.

It is impossible for us to offer a quotation without seeing your designs. Every logo or design is different, the stitch count will be different and therefore the price will be different.

Placing an Order

A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of the document. A purchase order or e-mail confirmation is required to confirm process of work. A 50% payment is required prior to works taking place. Standard lead times are based on 7-15 working days (larger jobs will take longer) from receipt of approved artwork, unless specified otherwise. Working days do not include Holidays or Weekends. Timescales can only be met providing stock is available.

So what happens?

The basic steps to creating your embroidery logo with a computerised embroidery machine are as follows:

You will need to supply Alcester Embroidery with the logo or design.
We take your logo and convert it into a file suitable for the embroidery machine, choosing thread colours that match your logo.
We then supply you with an embroidered sample for you to approve.
Once the sample has been approved, your order will be produced using our state of the art machinery.

Delivery

The full amount due will need to be paid upon completion of works. All goods remain the property of Alcester Embroidery until paid for in full. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been embroidered or printed with your logo or design unless there is a manufactures fault with the garment.
